One of the biggest benefits to working out is not just fitting into your skinny jeans... It is a great way to de-stress. My favorite time to workout is bright and early. I kick off my morning with some cardio (usually a run with my favorite workout buddy, Abby) and weight training. Working out early helps me maintain energy throughout the day. Plus, if something challenging is going on in my life it's the perfect way to clear my thoughts.
